Bee Free Group was founded by Chloe Greenwood, a former professional musician trained at Chetham's School of Music and the Royal Academy of Music, who performed internationally from the age of 14.

When her musical career ended, the discipline, precision and ability to manage extraordinary complexity that music demands became the foundation of something new. A decade supporting demanding individuals in finance, technology, sport and the arts followed, including an Executive Assistant role to the CEO of a national Olympic sport governing body, liaising directly with royal households and the Ministry of Defence.

Alongside Chloé, the wider Bee Free Group team brings decades of direct, hands-on experience supporting celebrities, billionaires, global royalty, diplomats, elite sportspeople and the owners of some of the world's biggest brands. Bee Free Group is UK-based and globally active. Our clients are based across the UK and internationally, and we manage requests, travel and logistics worldwide. There are no geographical limits to what we can handle.

Not at all. We work with clients across the UK and internationally. Whether you are based in the US, Europe or further afield, we manage your requirements remotely and can coordinate on-the-ground support through our global network.

You pay a fixed monthly retainer based on your chosen tier. This covers the agreed level of support and is invoiced monthly. Third-party costs incurred on your behalf are invoiced separately. There are no hidden fees.

Once we have had our introductory call and agreed the scope of support, we can typically onboard within a week. We will always do our best to accommodate urgent requirements.

However works best for you. Most clients communicate via WhatsApp or email, and we adapt to your preferred style. You will never need to chase us.

Our clients do not operate 9 to 5, and neither do we. Urgent requests are handled as a priority regardless of the time. This is one of the most important things we offer.

Absolutely. Confidentiality is not a feature, it is the foundation of everything we do. All clients are subject to strict NDAs and our team operates under comprehensive confidentiality agreements.

Yes. We review your support needs regularly and can move you up or down a tier with one month's notice. Many clients start on a lower tier and scale up as the relationship develops.

Yes. We work with clients based internationally and manage tasks, travel and logistics across multiple time zones. Through our partner ecosystem we have specialist contacts across 72 countries.
